No — many clients start with a quick phone or text conversation. Once we move to design, we'll send you 3D renderings and wood samples to review at home. You're always welcome to visit our showroom by appointment, and we highly encourage it so you can see the wood and craftsmanship up close.

Yes — we ship nationwide. For local Chicago deliveries, Jerry and a team of insured movers handle it personally. For out-of-state orders Jerry will travel or we work with trusted white-glove freight partners to make sure your table arrives safely.
