Step 1 - Conversation & Estimate
We start by understanding how you live or work and what you want this piece to mean. The design that you love and those you don’t. You get to work directly with our owner Jerry, no forms or surveys. We’ll provide you with an range for your project.
Step 2 - Design Deposit
We’ve found the best way to figure out if we are a good match to work together is to take a $400 design deposit and put together a portfolio of options. This allows our clients to dip their toe in the pool rather than dive in completely.
Step 3 - Photorealistic renderings, samples, and home visit
You'll receive photorealistic 3D renderings of your piece before a single board is cut. We'll also send material samples, and if needed, Jerry will come to you to measure the space and make sure everything fits perfectly.
Step 4 - Production Begins
Once the design is approved, we ask for a 50% deposit to begin your piece. Most commissions complete in 10–12 weeks, though lead times vary throughout the year.
Step 5 - Communication
Great craftsmanship is expected. Great communication is rare. Our clients and their reviews will tell you we deliver both. Jerry texts you directly as your piece takes shape, real progress from the shop floor, not automated emails or a client portal. And you're always welcome to stop by the shop. Some clients even bring their kids to sign the bottom of the table before it leaves.
Step 6 - Final inspection and delivery
Come see your piece in the shop before it leaves, or we'll send video so you can approve it from anywhere. Remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery.
