Only part that isn’t covered is the cylinder which has 2% failure rate.
New cylinder costs $45 and in 10 years, my distributor said she replaced 2 total out of 1000s of chairs.
You might need someone to install it and there is a charge.
Now why is this cool(Pun Intended)?
Waterfall Edge means your legs don’t fall asleep during long meetings and you constantly have to adjust.
There isn’t a steel frame around the chair seat pan like with the Herman Millers, again adjusting yourself during long meetings.
Its mesh, so its breathes and is cool. Mesh is awesome for hot conference rooms. And we all know Florida isn’t like Chicago.
